At Ozenabor Maria Foundation, we believe that every child deserves love, care, and a chance at a better life. We are a fully registered, non-governmental charity organization that provides shelter, food, and support to poor and disabled children in Nigeria.
Every day, we work to bring hope to children who have been forgotten, abandoned, or left behind due to poverty or disability. With the help of our global sponsors, we are creating a safe and loving environment where these children can grow, heal, and thrive.

Impact Stories
Real Children. Real Change.
At Ozenabor Maria Foundation, every child has a story. Behind every meal, every bed, every smile — there’s a life that’s been transformed by your generosity. These are just a few of the lives you’ve helped change:
Blessing’s Story – From Abandonment to Belonging
Blessing was only 10 years old when she was found wandering the streets, hungry and alone. Her parents had passed away, and no one in her extended family could care for her. She had not eaten for days when a neighbor brought her to us.
At our foundation, Blessing received not only food and shelter — but a new family. She now attends school, sleeps safely each night, and dreams of becoming a nurse so she can help other children like her.
“Before, I was scared all the time. Now I feel loved. I have a home and people who care for me.”
Samuel’s Story – Living with Disability, Thriving with Dignity
Samuel was born with cerebral palsy and abandoned by his father shortly after birth. His mother tried to care for him but could not afford therapy or proper nutrition. By the time Samuel came to us, he was severely malnourished and had never used a wheelchair.
Today, Samuel is thriving. With the help of our disability care team and generous donors, he now has access to basic therapy and uses a wheelchair. He also attends school and has learned to read and write.
“Even though I can’t walk, I feel strong. I want to become a writer one day.”
